Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products and downloadable resources, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted.

Coaching and Consulting Services

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of payment and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Events and Workshops

Refund eligibility for events and workshops will be specified at the time of registration.
